It is my mommy's birthday!

On this day in 1954, in a small country town somewhere in TN, my mother was born :D sometime after that Jim Crow ended (in name only). Then she had my brother. And...well...whew.

This time last year mama was laid up in the hospital with massive back problems *sad* but now she's laid up in bed taking a nap! ...because she has to go to work.

But there's cake and we celebrated most of the weekend anyway, so happy b-day to mommyyyy~ my side kick, my partner, my fwendy, my pookie!
